Manage Cancel Order Requests¶
- The Admin can see a list of Cancel Requests, along with the Order Item Number, Product title, Name of the person, who had placed the order, the reason for cancellation and remarks.
- The Admin can review the details and either select ‘Accept’ or ‘Reject’.
- The Admin can also filter Cancelled Orders, by giving a particular Order number.
- The Admin can also do bulk update for cancel requests by exporting all the cancel requests in an excel or CSV, update it and upload it back.
